Permanent veterinary recruiting with milestone billing
For Memphis-area practices, BEGHR sources, screens and shortlists veterinarians, specialists and clinical leaders for direct employment. BEGHR manages the client relationship and invoices, while the recruiting delivery team handles the search. Billing begins after applicants are sent and follows the agreed milestones. Completed billable work may be payable even if a placement is not made; the signed engagement defines the fee range, billable work and replacement terms.
